The fact that this "Fairness Doctrine" was put into law in 1949 is in itself stunning. The effort to re-introduce it is unbelievable because broadcast talk is still the press and is just as entitled to unimpeded access to the public airwaves under the First Amendment. Liberalism is Fascism, plain and simple. Obama says he won't sign this idiocy into law, but don't bet the farm on it. He says a lot of things he doesn't hold to.
