i'd like leuren to mention alaska. there are a lot of us here, who are wondering how bad it is for alaska. i've called state officials @ radiation levels and all they say is that everything is fine. i know that's a lie. we had very high levels of cesium-137 out at dutch harbor on the aleutian chain, so i suspect things are very bad for us here, especially for those of us on the kenai peninsula, which is in the southern part of our state. thank you so much for the info so far.

They can be eaten by themselves and will tend to absorb radioactive materials of all kinds, not just iodine and these then can be easily excreted from the body. These can be eaten as well with pineapple, with papaya, with raw unsalted butter. It's probably not best to mix all of that together but just one of those with the cheese at each time. This is very helpful because it tends to pull out these materials.
