Will the new version handle 1080p files from the Canon 5D MkII without stuttering? I have an i7 pc 6 Gig ram fast HDD Vista 64 etc. and find it very hard editing 5D MkII files.

You should have no issues.

The SD program was something I was working on at the time, so i used it. As for AVCHD, my camera is not AVCHD so i would not be able to make an accurate video.

Stutter free preview will depend a great deal on your processor and computer. ;-)

how about presenting a demo of AVCHD and/or HDV editing?

Is there a stutter-free preview after applying e.g. cross fades, titles, color matchings etc. or additional tracks/sounds?

Why did you only present the SD format editing?
