my guess is that:

1.) Neon is voiced by Miku.

2.) She was based on a young brunette girl, and when she was activated by the boy she wanted to find that girl. Lo and behold, a girl, now green-haired and famous, looks so much like the brunette girl. :O

3.) Neon began to sing and stuff, and finally got the chance to meet Gumi, crying tears of joy in seeing her 'basis', then singing a heartwarming crosslight duet! :D

but that's just me. everybody's entitled to their own opinions. xD

@Mozart003 The boy doesn't have a name, but the robot girl with the grey hair's name is KZR-28, also known as Neon.

they went to the city and a video of gumi singing atracted her attention,so she started to sing,oh surprise she has a cute voice!!

then she become famous and does an encore(is that the correct word?) with gumi

I'd rather say, Miku and Gumi. The first song and the following, they were definitely sung by Miku!<3 She's the only one who has got such a high chibi voice...<3

Anyway, It'd would explain the reason, why the tags of the video contains her name afterall xD

I really haven't listened to Gumi's songs at all, or heard her voice. I guess that explains why it sounds like Miku
