Not being able to publish copies of an existing publication isn't censorship

Sending a reference or link is sufficient to share an exiting publication with someone

Censorship is about not being able to publish a new work

But words are being raped all over now, starting from the adjective virtual since the nineties.

@an691 i also agree with your arguments. Sopa can prevent creating new ideas or startups. i dont know if Google, YT, tumblr and so on could be that what they are today under SOPA. There is to much power in the hand of some media companies which can decide what have to blocked or not without trail... i think you know what SOPA
