@mariewilder I totally agree....and there are plenty who can sing, but the record companies and media are looking for image rather than talent. Look at people like Rihanna....she is a beautiful woman, but I don't think she can sing or perform. Beyonce is a good singer and great performer....in addition, I would like for her music to mature and get back to the lyrics and just singing without all the dancing and fancy customs.
