This land and house are not worth $20,000 if that. I mean can you say dirt shack with tar paper floors !!!! Come on. You people are comping (pricing) housing and land, as if you were sitting right smack dab in the middle of the good ole USA. This is a third world country. It's not like one can drive to home depot and get tools, to fix that piece of crap up, ya know. Geez, get a clue. Even it one did have the money to pay asking price, they would be stupid, to do so, period.
