I received a defective case, I wrote them and received an immediate answer. They sent a new case and didn't ask for the first one back until I asked them if they wanted it! I thought the customer service was really good!
Great case, but terrible customer service!!!! I bought one a while back and I loved it... until it broke 2 weeks later while taking the iPad out. I did nothing excessive to damage it at all! I figured I must have simply gotten that 1 defective product or something. I have been unable to get hold of them, and have gotten no responses to any of my very polite emails or calls. It really is a great case, but I wouldn't recommend supporting a company with those sorts of customer service priorities!!!

i like mine. you need to see it and handle it personally: the red inside color makes the case look "rich", and the logo is about as subtle as possible. i was sitting on the ferry one morning, reading my email. we stopped to pick up additional passengers. from the docks, as they were boarding the boat, one of the other passengers' eyes lit up. he came over to me "You got a Dodocase?!" It wasn't the logo he recognized...

I would personally prefer if the logo was even more subtle. Off down by the corner of the rear and about 1/4 the size.
