  • Oh, because being Irish = hot-headedness. I don't want my culture associated with him!

    O'Bama 08

    XD

  • Too bad the majority of these comments are heresay from "unconfirmed sources." I am so glad we have elitest Obama on video EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

    God Bless America.

  • sorry, I know your comments are a couple months old, but I stumbled across this video and felt like I had to interject my opinion

John McCain does conform to what people want him to be--he used to be a lot more liberal, but as he came closer and closer to the election, he became more and more conservative, trying to suck up to the far right.

For instance, he used to support gay marriage rights, now he does not

He used to be pro-choice, now he is pro-life.

Please correct me if i am misinformed

  • "Thanks for the question you little jerk."- That was in response to a rude question from a teenager with regards to McCain's age, and he said it in a joking way too. Have you seen that clip? It is pretty funny!

Anyways, you get the point. If McCain was as ridiculous as your quotes portray him, then he would not have been chosen as the nominee. You may disagree with republicans on policy, but that does not mean that they are stupid.

  • Lol, I don't see the misrepresentation here. The man flip flops all the time, is a liberal on many issues, is a war mongerer, and an air head when it comes to the economy. I don't see how the republicans voted for him. Out of all the people running for president, only 2 (that I know of) were not CFR. Pretty much no matter who you voted for, you are going to get the same thing. Little different here or there, but the same in the end. But hey, he is a republican, and you got to vote the party!

  • thank you for taking everything John McCain has ever said out of context

  • If that were the nature of this exercise the video would have lasted 3 hours.

  • ok. I understand. "the nature of this exercise" was to misrepresent John McCain. How mature!

  • Mature?! When did I claim to be mature!

This a political ad, so of course I took a few things out of context. This is American politics after all.

The only really bad out of context bit was the Mexico comment, but the rest are shown in fair context, as I remember.

Prove me wrong on the rest.

  • I did not say that you said you were mature. I just said that you were not. :)

"I don't think Americans are concerned if we are in Iraq for 100 years"-He didn't mean fighting. He was referring to the possibility of keeping a base there. We still have bases in countries from WWII and because those governments wanted us to stay!

"Success will be fairly easy in Iraq."- He was referring to the initial invasion. Which was just that, "fairly easy."

  • "Thanks for the question you little jerk."- That was in response to a rude question from a teenager with regards to McCain's age, and he said it in a joking way too. Have you seen that clip? It is pretty funny!

  • Republicans stupid? I never implied that.

The fact is this guy we are thinking about making president said these things. I think people should know this about him.

Is the guy a Hero? Sure.

Is the guy a decent Senator? Maybe.

Is the guy a bit of an intemperate hot head? I think he is.

And I'm making my opinion known.
