These 3 acts were some of the best of the final. I think they weren't disqualified because the quality would have been low if they'd been out. And Dima Bilan would have been disqualified if he hadn't change his song days ago. Asylyar broke 2 rules: length and publishing date. Zhenya broke the October 1st too, but Alexey didn't deserve disqualification: he just put on his song parts of a traditional song. In Romania, Simona Nae did the same with "The key of life" and anyone told anything.

Simona would probably have been disqualified by EBU too.
Alexey used the whole 'kalinka malinka' tune which was totally agaisnt the rules :P
