Wow Poor Angel that sounds painful .. poor girl :( ya you would think that once the Vet had seen it and fixed it that things should be okay - i hope it dosnt happen to my bird, any one of them for that matter (i have 6 birds) i really feel your pain it is so hard to have something happen like that.. it happened to my kitten.. she died when she was 4 months old of a problem being fixed then not working.. similar situation but its still so hard :( my heart goes out to you. ya i see what you mean, but he made a mistake... and sadly it cost my dear bird her life... i miss her every day. thank you for your comment. its always sad losing a beloved pet...
Poor Angel :( what happened to her? if you dont mind me asking? 6years.. she was so young.. actually shes the same age as my Angel is now, cuz today (April 9 '08) is my Angel's 6th birthday.. same type of bird and everything! they are such sweet birds i dont know what i would do if i lost my girl :(
um she had something called a prolapsed vent she couldnt actually poop... but she could leave like little small droppings... but then when the doctor "fixed it" he pulled it a little too tight and then she couldnt poop at all.. and we didnt really know that until it was too late... we fed her baby food but... it ended up killing her cause she couldnt get any of it out.. i surely hope that doesn't happen to your bird... thank you for your comment.
how old was she when she passed shes so cute

that's the sad part... she was only about 6 years old... these birds are supposed to live over 80 years. :(
