There's a great site I use when I want to find sheet music called Josh's anime sheet music collection and it has this song. I don't know if it's exactly the same as this version but still worth checking out. Plus there is tons of other stuff too.

hm, i personally like it when you flip the video upright (since i tend to turn my head in order to watch it properly and then my neck hurts OTL), but then again, i usually just play it and go browse other webpages, so it's not a big deal~
