It's a song about a woman who became a prostitute in Paris in the 1920s. It was originally performed in immigrant venues as a traditional chanson song. This a capella version was produced for a modern Russian TV show as a one-time gig for Laima Vaikule, a Latvian pop diva.
Why these negative comments? It's funny, it's smart, yes a bit provocative, but it's very laima anyway. Why not? I like it. The funny thing, letuchaja mysh'= (na finskom) lepakko = lesbianka. xa xa. x-D Please enlighten me, is it just in finnish that way? Or is this a paneuropean joke?
ok, I always was sure of Laima being best of the Baltic region. Yet nowadays her image got different ad maybe that is why she sometimes seems a bit colder. Thanks for your answer! Best wishes from Vilnius, awaiting Laima coming to us again.:)

It seems to you.... Layma - absolutely not haughty. It is very special video... At it a very special role. This video - musical provocation.
