Ustad Faiyaz Khan lives in Delhi. Everybody knows him there, and all over India. He has been performing all over the world since the 50's, and is very well known for his amazing accompaniment.

i like the extra low tones they get -- this recording captures the nuance of the different parts of the drum head as they are struck. it's also nice to see young players as well.
