thanks for the review - I gave you a thumbs up. Can you explain why my plug for music and phone calls does not line up. Is that a define flaw.

By the way -- pre the case I was washing a peach and water splashed off the peach and in to the jack. I have broken the glass twice. I hope this defender does the trick.

Very nice case I have the same one for my I-phone. The reason I bought mine was the salesman at the AT&T store threw his I-phone across the store and bounced it off the wall. When he picked it up the phone worked perfectly. I would highly recommend the Otter Box.

that is the ugliest case ever, I can't believe people are buying that crap, it makes the phone look bulky and you can't see the phones nice features, disgusting. I just bought the bumper for my phone an the two screen protectors from body guardz, that's all I need

i prefer the rebel but thats saying without knowledge of this otter box. but still i would go with the rebel because it does not add bulk and it gives u REALLY great protection. and it is a lint REPELLANT

this case is a dust MAGNET if you put it in your pocket and pull it out it will be covered in lint now it's not getting on your ipod which is the main point but still lint sucks :P great review man 5/5 subbed

You didn't tell us how well the screen shield worked. I mean, it does the job for sure, but how sensitive does it get when used in a everyday basis. Have to tap twice on an icon or something?

I have this case so I will try to help you out here. The screen shield feels like it's not even there there's no delay. Same feeling as with no protective shield. BUT, IF YOU HAVE A SCREEN PROTECTOR ALREADY ON YOUR IPOD THEN YES IT WILL BE SLOWER! YOU WILL NEED TO DOUBLE TAP SOMETIMES AND YOU WILL HAVE A HARDER TIME CHANGING PAGES ON THE HOME SCREEN! Hope this helps.

maximus try to stay away from getting this for an iphone unless you don't care about bulk this makes the ipod touch 2g about as bulky as the iphone 3g (i did do a size check) and the iphone 3g gets massively huge so it is very protective but also bulk YES

the screen cover doesn't seem very nice, it looks like it wouldnt fit very well, so that theirs a little distance between the screen and cover, i got a free sticky screen cover at the mall and it owns,
