  • The reason those pullups were easy for you is because you were not coming all the way down. You don't need weight, but you need full range of motion.

  • @jgshbg Yes, you are right, I don't have full range of motion here. I noticed that as well after watching the video that I need to work on going a bit deeper in my pullups. Thanks!

  • Looking good Tyler! You can really see how cut you're getting, especially during those deep swimmers presses. Keep it up!

  • Tyler...are you working out in Vibrams???

  • @gsuslikesme I am here yes, I just got them last week.

  • @trobbinsfitness Dude!!! I have had my Vibram's for a year now and I have run a half-marathon in them and last weekend I did the Tough Mudder here in Texas in them...AWESOME SAUCE. btw...you should check out the Tough Mudder, it was the most trying physical activity I have ever done...

  • @gsuslikesme I have thought about doing the Tough Mudder and may do it in the future. I did Warrior Dash and will do it again this year. I just wish Tough Mudder timed people so you actually compete rather than just "finishing"

  • @trobbinsfitness I did the Warrior Dash and that gave me a taste for more, then a friend recommended the Tough Mudder, and I loved it. I kinda understand why in TM they don't time you. There is a lot of waiting when you approach an obstacle, plus it is absolutely impossible to complete without help. On a side note, P90X2 was extremely beneficial in the TM, the balance and core strength that I have now has been beyond measure...
