Kind of sad. I'm not a follower of BG so I don't know about it but just watching this video and a few others documenting the Pegasus kind of makes you a little teary.
Well, we're really not sure what happened to the old Pegasus. It was lost at the battle between the two base stars at the battle of Gammoray. I think there was a script where the destroyed ship we saw in the episode with Count Iblis was the Battlestar Pegasus.
It was explained that the shipweck in the Ep. War of the gods was NOT the pegasus! The crew on board that ship had cloven hoofs and was not human. The writer of the show stated had there had been a 2nd season pegassu would hav made an appearance.
I don't think anyone should be mad about it, but it has been one of the more talk about subject concerning the old series. The network execs refused to air the scene that shows a cloven hoof and because of that fans have always wondered if the shipwreck was the Pegasus.
What a big loss! They can't make a new Battlestar to beef up their fleet because they're on the run. I love the CGI effects - especially the fireworks!
At least she took two of the enemy with her! the Royal Navy would have been proud of her if she was our`s,it`s not the first time one of our`s has gone down taking one or more of the enemy with them,freedom 3,tyranny & evil 1
Hi,no worries,i've just this very day found out about the HMS Thunderchild,in the original War of the Worlds,our warships were the only things that could take out the Tripods,unlike Hollywood,which has the aliens as invunerable.
only way for a capital class ship like a battlestar to go down all guns blazing to the very end :), and awesome video ;)
