Actually the lighting/sun position is more realistic in 08 because it was in Seattle and a 4:15 game in Seattle is actually 1:15, so the sun wouldn't be so low

madden 09 is just like 08 but with a few graphical improvements its not worth getting if..IF..IF u have madden 08 but if u dont i would say buy 09 used for like 15-20$..buying it new isn't worth it might as well get 08 for 5 bucks if your just looking for a football game to play like me :D
