@doxepine Glad the idea is helping to inspire you own. That's how it tends to work. Creativity is a virus! As for my hair, I was light blonde as a kid but get darker every year. I only have some red in my beard when I grow it out.

@warmgulfwind One of my first videos was about self-publishing being the way of the future. As for how it works, I think most people would find it dull, but maybe I could make a video about the process in general and what it's like emotionally. :)

I for one wouldn't find hearing about the process boring, I'm interested in writing and publishing without seeking approval from publishing companies sounds ideal. I just don't know the first thing about it. And the emotional ride is part of the process- I'd love to hear about that too if you're willing to share. The mechanics of how people achieve what they achieve is fascinating to me. That's why I read autobiographies: explanations! :O)
I like this idea. It sounds very visual and by that I mean that I would imagine that you have to build your own universe that the characters play in. I love that kind stuff. It actually sounds like something someone could make a movie out of I'll stop at B&N and order it.
@brentbraniff Thanks Brent. There was a rich tapestry of myth and religion to draw from, so some of the work was done for me. I tried to put a new spin on the more explored of these concepts unique though, and tried to use gods that weren't the most obvious choice. ...plus I made a lot of stuff up, so yeah. ;)
I am reading the book, but I have already guessed what the little surprise for SLS's fans is.
