  • that is what i HATE about the stripper clips with the sks. I can only get about half the bullets in each time.

  • @StraightDeu Then you either have a problem with the magazine, OR the stripper clips are maybe deformed somehow. have you tried pushing down at the rear most part of the cartriges that usually works best. just trying to offer some ideas :)

  • Nice video nice music

  • look @ ze little fat kid :D

  • i hate stripper clips

  • @larwil98 are you kidding!? they are the funnest thing ever!

  • hows that scope on that sks working for ya? can u keep ur zero?

  • Idk about that

  • Hey, he at the very least has the right to shoot the norinco sks. It is a chinese rifle after all.

  • close your left eye when you aim brother

  • On the contrary, all good shooters keep both eyes open when aiming. It's a technique you can develop over time. I shoot my handguns and rifles with both eyes open. It provides you with situational awareness in a tactical situation. In other words, even when shooting, you are aware of events happening round you..

  • It's the Virginia Tech shooter!

  • whats the difference in the ak 47 and the 74. its probably a dumb question but i wanted to know.

  • @lilred432 AK-47 shoots a 7.62x39 round

    and a AK-74 shoots a 5.45x39 round

  • AK 47 was created by a russian guy named Kalachnakov in 1947 while AK74 was later manufactured as a new and improved model of the old AK47 being more compact...i think

  • The AK47 was adopted in 1947, the AKM, around 1959 and the AK74, appropriately, in 1974!

The AK74 was then redesigned and the AK100 series of rifles were manufactured. The 100 series has 6 models, long and short barrel models in 5.45x39, 5.56 NATO and 7.62x39. The 100 series of rifles also gave way to the integrated gas block/front site base in one unit "design", while the overall barrel was reduced to around 12" inches (SHORT model), rather than the normal 16.3" inches (LONG model).

  • by the way umm 223 is not 5.45 223 is 5.56

  • You are correct.

  • thank you

  • does anyone else laugh whenever they see an asian with an sks since Chai Vang shot those people?

  • we shouldnt let fucking charlie into ranges , specialy fat gansta wanna be ones

  • comments on 5.45 and 5.56 but nothing on 7.62...isnt 7.62 what we got here?

  • GAY MUSIC = 1 STAR

  • agreed

  • lol a dumbass gook trying to look like a fucking gangster with an SKS and .17 bolt action. FAIL! lol

  • can anyone understand the audio at the start of this vid? It sounds all garbled on my PC.

  • i dont know about you guys but my sks shoots a 7.62x39

  • nicee

  • Yeah so does mine haha

  • 223. is not a 5.45 x39 round your thinking of 5.56

  • yeah it happens to me somtimes. i get the 5.56 confused with the 5.45 lol.

  • 5.45x39 and .223 Remington are two completely different cartridges.

  • and so are 5.56 ....the remington 223 is a tad bit shorter and will have a lower pressure than the 5.56 nato....u can use .223 in 5.56 rifle, but not vice versa.

  • cool video man

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAA LOL this particular one is chinese. the original is Russian. Russian made Russian designer. Sergei Gavrilovich Simonov. stupid fuck

  • Hahahhaa you said it was a USA Marine gun! Dumb fucker! Now whats the address or you too busy stroking jap tube steak. Your head must be full of jap nut to post that the gun is a Marine gun, then on another vid saysing its russian! son the only creditibility you got is being a total lying faggot bitch, who gives out fake address because he got OWNED BY FEAR! LOL tell your fake ass daddy i like to bitch slap for siring such a twatless pussy

  • wow what a fucking loser you are going around youtube to see what kind of gun an sks is then you happen to see one of my comments and say i said it was used by Marines lol your 12 arent you? and yea its a russian design and like i said there are many variants mine is Yugoslavian. youre pathetic

  • LOl ok kid that why you didnt say variant when i said it was chinese, LOL thats why you said it was a Marine gun! Man if i was 12 i wouldnt have my own place, nor would i need to talk about my daddy. Thats what you bitches do!

  • ACTUALLY i did in my other comment but you cant comprehend what you read because you are a dumbass.

  • Fight! Physical Fight Right Now! Kick His Ass Daniac! :D

  • he is right you dumb asses RUSSIAN

  • 5.56 is a high pressure round has a thicker case then the .223. you can shoot a .223 in a 5.56 chamber but its not recommended to shoot 5.56 out of a weapon chambered in .223

  • how are you say the 5.45x39 is also known as the .223...wtf is wrong with you....your a disgrace to Asians everywhere.

  • 5.45x39 chambered rifles can use .223 amunition

  • how is that possible? the 5.56 is bigger and has a longer case than the 5.45.

  • The russians built it so they can use our ammo and we couldent use theirs

  • it is not possible in any way. the case of the 5.56 nato is longer so it wont chamber all the way and the bullet it bigger so it wouldnt even fit down the barrel.

    5.56x45 nato 5.45x39 russian.

  • No they didn't.

  • no,,,you can buy them in either cambering

  • you have no fucking clue what you are talking about you dumbass gimp

  • is long grain and short grain. but there the same. they burn the same. they produce the same muzzle blast... so my friend's you are wrong.

  • no my friend's there not. i have 2 bud's that whent in threw the nave as seal's. i asked them. they said. no there the same. we shoot. 55grain. 5.56.45. witch it fancy talk as a 223. i asked my bud that was in nam as a marine sniper. he shot 7.62-51. 308 and 7.62-63.30/06 he said there is no diffrence between a civilian round and a millitary round. only diffrence is the casing some round's come in. some come in steel case round's that's mostly russian made. some are brass. powder diffrence

  • You hate America don't you killaklown1? Why don't you move to China where they have guns banned. I'm sure they will enjoy you over there, being disarmed and all.

  • Nice lookin SKS! How well does the SKS scope mount hold true? Do you have to site it in every time after you clean it?

  • TERRORIST!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great trigger control and safety while shooting, you seem younger and it is nice to see that people are still being taught proper way to shoot, Keep Shooting!!

  • Just letting you know .223 is called 5.56

  • It depends, theres the 5.56 x 45 NATO which is what the M4 and M16 fires. And then theres the .223 Remington, they are nearly the same but theres some slight differences in the inner cassing which make them unsafe to use in the oposite gun (.223 with M4 and vise versa).

  • dood,do your fuckin homework,.223 is the unit of measurment in inches and 5.56 is the unit in mm.thats like saying that the .308 and the 7.62x51 mm are different.

  • Fine then, Its just that whenever I have seen someone refer to the .223 they have been talking about the civilian cartridge not the NATO 5.65x45.

  • thats probably because not all nato countries use inches as a unit of measurement.

  • he is not completely wrong in their being a variance between the two cartridges, you too should do your homework, your correct about the measurments but not them being exactly the same

  • .223 and 5.56 ARE different, and it isn't safe to fire 5.56 in a lot of civilian rifles because of higher pressures, they look the same, but theyre not

  • theyre interchangeable. Not the same but interchangeable. you can also shoot 7.62 NATO out of a .308 rifle. Not the same round though

  • dude your cum drunk, 223 is just what the round is called. 5.56-45 is a 223. and a 7.62+51 is a 308 that the mm's of the round you cock eyed retard. it's people like you that dont need to even tuch gun's. learn stuff about them before you tuch um genuis.

haha you kind's kill me cause i your soo smart.

  • deadfromhell87 you are so goddamn stupid before you start talking shit to someone GET YOUR FUCKING FACTS STRAIGHT YOU PIECE OF SHIT. 5.56 is different than .223 they are slightly different but they ARE DIFFERENT. you don't know shit about firearms. Listen to your own quote fuckface "learn stuff about them before you tuch um genius." and learn how to spell.

  • Actually the difference is not in the bullet or casing it's the chamber pressure created by the 5.56 which is much hotter than that of the .223 which is what makes a 5.56 unsafe in a .223 chamber, however a .223 round can safely be used in a 5.56 chamber

  • why would there be two different varients, wouldnt it be cheaper to just have .223 and 5.56 the same?

  • yes it probably would be cheaper and definately a whole lot less confusing, thats because the military requirments are so precise everything has to be within proper specs, if a round is a couple FPS off then they will reject that batch of ammo, its so ridiculous

  • How much do these types of rifles cost?

  • thank god for the 2nd addmentment

  • cause maybe your clueless ok.

  • i love the idea of thumb-loading a double stack magazine :)

cant wait to do that with my rifle soon (hopefully)

  • I have a ak-47 made in the usa with a milled reciever

  • not that its horrible but it is fed by a striper clip, would make a great plinker for like prarie dogs.

  • yep, great plinker rifle. I did take a doe with the SKS at 50 yards. Not bad for what it is. For long range I have my 30.06 and my .243

  • ME TOO! DROPPED IN ITS TRACKS. ONE SHOT ONE KILL! if not, nine follow up shots ;)

  • hahahah nice .22

  • lol they dont shoot off hand or with a bipod at that distance they suck

  • sks are a crappy ak knock off

  • hows that since it was produced before the AK? your an idiot thats all.. the world is full of people like you im sure you have many friends all as dumn as you lol

  • lmao....The SKS was invented before the AK47. The SKS was invented by Siminov in Russia in 1945 and the AK47 was invented by kalishnikov in 1947 hence the name AK47. Actually, accuracy wise the SKS is more accurate than the AK47 because the SKS has a milled reciever and the AK47 has a stamped reciever. I have both a Yugo M70 AB2 AK47 underfolder and a Yugo M59 SKS. They are both good guns.

  • SKS was designed and first tested in 1944 and was the first rifle to fire the 7.62x39 M43. I have one myself and they are excellent rifles well worth my $125.

  • sks is a piece of crap ak knock off i agree

  • also the sks is more accurate than the AK and is just as rugged and also has a milled receiver unlike that stamped shit that the AK has you two should be friends

  • lol....that's your opinion. And heck, how can I go wrong? I got that SKS for $100 bucks and added about another $150 to make it what it is. Can't complain for what I paid for it. And especially now they're going for more now at gun shops.

  • your sks looks to be in violation of 922r, atf regs

  • nope....no violations. I'm not in California.

  • @gongbu- 922r is a federal law, not just california...

  • you and the unconstituional BATF can suck all of our dicks.

  • What kind of groups do you get with the SKS? Also, is the recoil ok with the folding stock?

  • I get ok groupings. The scope mount is connected to the receiver cover. So once you zero it in, after a while it's all off again. So I can never get an accurate group of groupings. So now, I just took the scope off, and use it mostly for plinking and wasting ammo. As for the recoil, it's not bad at all. With any 7.62 X 39's, I dont think u need to worry about recoil anyways.

  • I get 3inch groups at over 175M on mine. Is that any good for open sights?

  • Nice!

  • u can shoot with iron sights i get bulls eyes at 150 yrds i could do more. putting a scope on an ak is an insult

  • To put that big ass scope on the dust cover rail system is a friggen crime against all AK kind use the side mount thats what its there for....

  • is the 74 a romanian invented gun, or is it simply another countries invention only in the romanians production, if so tell me the romanian ak 74 specific name that makes it romanian. Also is the romanian ak 74 an assault rifle, cause he used it like a sniper rifle

  • the ak-74 ,i think, was built buy kalashnikov, in russia to replace the ak-47 'cause the 5.45x39 kills people better than the 7.62x39;its just been mass produced then ended up in romania ; its an a assault rifel but the scope was optinal, so he could have put a red dot sight on it to make it more combat efficent

  • yea ur right

  • thanks :)

  • The Ak74 is Cal. 5.45x39 , the Ak 108 is 5.56x45

and the Ak47 7,62x39. I think the Ak74 is more accurate then the Ak47.

  • wow I've not seen an SKS like that before! :D

  • real nice guns!

  • which is more accurate the 74 or the 47?

  • The 74 is the same as the 47 BUT in 5.62 or 223 cal

the gun was made in 1974

    Thus the name AK.74

  • toranamunter...homie so what if hes a college boy.... shit college boy got more heat than hell ...and u dissin.

bet he got more balls thatn thou!!!!!

nice gats though homie.. revolution is near..

  • yeah, thanks....luvin mah gats! Time to add in a glock , and a Walther P99 to the collection.

  • Nice guns but what kind of grouping are you shooting and at what yardage?

  • That was 50 yrds..grouping was 1.5-2"....good enough for me as a bruch deer gun.

Got my Howa .243 for the more accurate placement shot on deer.

  • VOte pro gun..vote Republican. Hillary and Obama are bothe anti-gun..anti-self defense. Vote!

  • I agree! I just bought myself a Norinco SKS today because I fear come November it will be hard to purchase these types of weapons. This country may go to hell in a hand basket if Democrats get control.

  • It's not already? Look the fuck around dude, Bush has bent us over for too long. They aren't going to get rid of our guns you fucking babies.

  • I have a Norinco SKS and i need a scope and mount

    can you help?

  • just google it or try cabelas or midsouth there is a lot of places that sell stuff for it.

  • 5.45 and .223 are not the same round.

Where did you get the ak-74?

  • got the 74 at a gun show...or was it dunhams? one of the two...but for sure, Dunhams only cary certain guns for a limited time...such as the Saiga 7.62 and the Saiga .308.

  • gay music! college boy pretending he grew up in da hood?

  • yeah! I am a college boy! and also grew up in da hood! yes! Thanks for noticing, much appreciacted.

  • well thats ok then :-) thanks for the vid!

  • nice! I want one of them too! I bet they're accurate huh?

  • dang, cool guns! I like!

  • .17HMRs are so cool. I had never even heard of em until I shot my fiancee's brother's rifle... awesome little bullet. :D

  • yo yo yo I could do with out the want be gangster rap.

  • norinco's guns are a bit uglier tha the original ak..

    haha..

  • your a goddamn idiot.

  • Hey cool video. I was wondering about the SKS, I saw you had a bannet on it, how do you put the bannet back down so its not sticking out?

  • it can rotate to point front. There is a pivot at the end of it.

  • is the scope drilled?

  • no, it's a ncstar scope mount i think it was. it replaces the original cover, and has the picanty/weaver style rail on it. check on ebay, that's where I bought it from.

  • ncstar scope mount is a piece of shit...you lose zero all the time...get a scout scope mount.

  • nice gun would love to own one... canadian law enforce to have 5 bullets limit :(

ill buy one in next weeks i think...

  • good job nice guns just have fun do what you want to shoo shoot

  • lol i like that diciplin

  • dud you guys are dumb, i own both of these guns and i know that if you dont wear glasses there is shit just flying everywhere when you shoot them.

  • Damn that took long to upload. Anyways, like I said, it works smoother for me at least, so might want to try it to see if it works any quicker than the way you were doing it.

  • thanks haris, i tried it, and it worked a lot better. some rounds still got stuck, but for the most part, it went in smoother. THanks for the tip.

  • No problem. Glad it works for you too. Every now and then a few will get stuck for me as well, but in general out of the ways I tried to learn to reload it quick, this has been the best 1.

  • You might want to press the base of the SKS stripper clip with the thumb of the other hand a little forward, so that the top curves more forward, and then press at the base of the cartridges with the other hand. Works a lot smoother for me at least in my Yugo.

  • first the 223 is the 5.56. 5.45 is a rusian round it was there answer after the us adopted the 5.56. and most sks 30 round mags are a piece of shit. plus you either stick with the striper clips (most reliable way)or get the tapco 2 rounders wich have a good reputation. nice vid though.

  • ah yes, thanks for the correction. couldn't remember if it was 5.45 or 5.56.

I also agree, most 30 rounders are POS. Tried plenty of them, got tired of spending so much money on mags, so decided to stay with the original.

  • nice SKS..... cool features but then it lost all of its authenticity of the wooden rifle.... nice vid.

  • i know, i agree. I'm kinda regretting it. I sold the orignal stock to a guy for 70 bucks! The original wood stock was in great cond. for an SKS I've ever seen too.

  • one thing missing on the SKS a 30 rd Mag. ;)

  • got a Tapco 20 round detachable mag now. I highly recomend this mag by Tapco. Awesome...after trying 8 different brands ranging from metal to poly carbs, finally found one that don't JAM! check out tapco if you have an SKS...

  • i still aim with my right eye....did u train with both eyes open??

  • well its always good to practice with both eyes

  • Nice rifle.
