I remember that when I was young, whenever I felt scared, I will turn on my gameboy color and play pokemon silver. Then I will fly to goldenrod city to listen to the music whilst talking to the people there. The music definitely helped ease the tension I had back then. Simply awesome!

I got a Mega Memory Card so I can save my save data even if the battery died. Although I can't do side quest that is at a certain day effectively, I still will be able to play through the game.

Protip: Use a Wooper, Ghastly and Togepi. Have Togepi use Charm until Miltank's attack is as low as it will go. Switch in Ghastly and use Curse, this will reduce Miltank's HP by 1/4 every turn. Then send in Wooper to resist Rollout x4. Curse and Wooper's attacks should wear her down.

I knew this shit when I was 7 and adults still have a hard time with her.

After playing the remakes, I though they were pretty damn amazing, what with improved sprites and making it literally three times as longer . But there is just something I can't explain that makes them inadequate compared to the originals, playing a pokemon game while I'm 16 will never compare to when I was just 7 or so playing gold and silver on my purple gameboy. There just seems to be something missing from the remakes. There's a hole in it's chest where it's heart should be...
