  • lmfao i bet shes the same bitch that said the computer isnt working when the monitor wasnt turn on

  • i hate being an American.

  • @HiddenVideosDet I hate the people that make America's image bad enough to hate.

  • She shouldn't even have a computer. I learned a lot watching this show and of course The screen savers. The people that, as Leo said, with big pockets really did wrong by him, causing the end of his TV shows. At least there is the radio but today's the questions are all about a tablet or some kind of phone and the good old computer is all most nonexistent and to me that’s sad.

  • bu...but no it was a linksys!

  • Not... legal = haha

  • I didn't know sharing my Wifi was illegal. My internet provider didn't give me any information about that. How was I to know? I only know law because somebody told me. Not one person ever said this was illegal to me. Of course I agree with leo.

  • @JennaHaze2000 *Stealing* someone's wifi is illegal. It's not illegal to leave your access unprotected--it's just really stupid.

  • @agatehawk I remeber the old days when Leo showed us how to make a Wifi booster with a Pringles Can.

Dsl extreme for $15 a month sounds cool

  • @JennaHaze2000 Well, it is not illegal to share, but sharing implies consent on a 1 to 1 basis. If you have a visitor to your home that wishes to use your network, you grant them permission to do so, generally speaking. The concept is the same as a outdoors grill. You leave it in your back yard, unlocked and unprotected, but you do not expect/consent someone to come over and cook on it. Does that help explain?

  • @Magrail1982 over the last 10 years peoples attidute has been get Wifi where ever you can. McDonalds gives it away for free, and wifi finder equipment is sold everywhere. Personal hotsopts on cellphones and sharing interent has been the norm for me. I get that you internet provider want money from every person on my block and I understand why it's wrong to share internet. But I have been told it was okay to do for years and this is the 1st I hear that it's illegal to do.

  • Leo has one of the best voices for radio -- and podcasts! :)

  • this is bloody hilarious.

  • dont blame her, she is women, of cause women do that,

  • 'Come over, I'm naked in bed'

  • wow and some people wonder why nothing works.... she's the same as the preson who put coolant in their engine oil, all because she got the hood open and the cap off, but never read a thing about the poor machine.

  • LOL - too funny !

  • I just watched the video for the fourth time. I could not stop laughing.

  • Something like this was bounded to show up in his show XD

  • hhehehehehhehe so funny

  • I work on computers. The majority of the people I deal with are at the level of this lady. That is why I cannot understand why call for help or the screen savers went off the air, morons a plenty for decades and decades of shows...

  • 5:52 "uhh...thank your neighbor" :)

  • using someone elses' wireless is not the moral equivalent to stealing from the grocery store ... that's retarded. If you "steal" internet, the other person can still use it. If you steal an apple, nobody else can eat it.

  • @ls1867a Yes, but you see, it's THEIR internet. It's like stealing cable. Plus it slows down their internet. And their not getting their full set up for what they paid for.

  • @ls1867a Then don't bitch when someone else uses your girlfriends or boyfriends hole to fuck, it's not cheating you can still fuck it when they are done...

  • she is obviously arrogant and doesn't understand the concept of an ISP.

  • it not illegal to use another persons unsecured wireless network its there fault for not securing it. its not safe but its not illegal

  • @dbusheyjr20

    Yes it is illegal, dumbass

  • @MrJonnycm huh.. you are the idiot :-) it is not legal in many countries to not set unprotected routers

  • I Steal stuff from the dollar store because everything is so expensive there, but I never steel internet...

    ...sometimes

  • 12 12 12 make a wish :)

  • I deal with this shit everyday...

  • OMG lol

  • she cant change her passwords, she doesn't have internet access pahahaha!!!!

  • My god, Leo us such a nice guy even to what's essentially a thief lol. The only time I've seen him lose it is with that King of the Douches Mike Arrington.

  • Oh Jennifer..... LOL XD

  • Woman: Not uncommon.

    Leo: Not legal!

    EPIC

  • They can also steal your files!!!

  • Oh my goodness so funny

  • SoliderKnowsBest!!

  • funny as hell.

  • I knew this vid would be on the playlist lol

  • she is so ignorant...

  • @TeezCoat shes not shes just dumb

  • She just fucking got owned.

  • BS since when is receive and broadcasting on a public frequency within the legal power limits illegal? If your neighbour wants to spray your house RF and its not encrypted do whatever you want with it.

  • lol

  • 0:49 she just says I'm a wireless theif. lol

  • haaha this chick is screwed!!!

  • People need to learn about tech. It should be common knowledge. Sorry, but it sort of annoys me when someone argues with me that their iPod touch has 20GB. like seriously, you don't know what your talking about.

  • @amack421 I agree!! Technology should be common knowledge!!! I get a mental breakdown when I hear people talking SO DUMBLY ABOUT TECH!!!!

  • CHEAP FUCK!

  • haha this is my favorite one. Leo Laporte<3

  • LOOOOOL bitch is on a hype

  • LOL "You take risks because your CHEAP" xD

  • ROFL a lady just called into TTG she wanted to steal wifi from a hospital and

wanted to know a antenna that would be good for it.

I guess it was her cousin.

  • Ok maam what you need to do is go around to all of your neighbors and ask them if they own a linksys wifi router. When you find the one person who says "Yes" ask them if they could configure it for open access, then you should be able to reconnect again. Problem solved.

  • The lady was in fight mode before Leo answered the call. I have little/no respect for people like that.

  • The future lies in open unencrypted access points, using the FON WiFi-sharing model, that open unencrypted SSID is secure because disconnected from your home network, and requires SSL login to activate a web session, White Spaces needs to use this for creating a global free wireless broadband network. Though the sessions on the open access network might somehow switch to encrypted mode through some secure way. The point is, people should not encrypt their home base stations, that's a waste.

  • @Charbax Why should I let someone else use my internet for free when I have to pay? It's like giving a random stranger a ride in your car and not getting gas money.

  • @thedarkone2134 You aren't using 100% of your bandwidth all the time. People usually use less than 1% of their bandwidth. Basically, the router does not make your own internet connection in your home slower, it only shares with the neiborhood any of your unused bandwidth, automatically throttling your connection based on if you are home, you get automatic full priority. So basically you never even realize that you home internet connection is being shared.

  • I think she hung up

  • what should I do if my neighbour has an open wireless network? should I tell them? I always imagine telling them, but I would have to say to them as well: trusting me, some random guy, to set this up for you is probably even worse.

  • dangerous... god leo is such weirdo

  • There's a legal argument which says that since their signal is crossing onto your property, you have the right to use it. Also, there are ways to protect the network, so if you're not responsible enough to secure it, too bad. As far as I know, it's a grey area. Until you try packet injection... ;)

  • I could think of many scenarios that would dwarf the OMGROTFL factor of this call, believe it or not begin a tech advisor myself that's the most common complaint I get from technically challenged folks these days especially those who have kids or grand kids under 25 who "hooked then up & left them to their own "devices". LOL

  • Oh God this rules.

  • What a Dopey Broad... Yikes...

  • She stops talking half way through. Her neighbour must have switched off their voip service.

  • Well, my neighbor's wifi signal is coming into my apartment -- leaking the same way water leaks-- without my permission. Could I argue that I am being "polluted" by their RF signal?

  • @komodo44106 call your landlord :P

  • I get the eerie feeling that she totally hung up.

  • This is no different than if someone came by your house and plugged in an extension cord and started using your power. Is it your fault for having a plug on the outside of your house? No, so why blame people who dont secure their networks. Is it stupid to have it open, yes. But does that make the douche bags who steal bandwidth right? No. Get your own

  • my opinion is the person with the router is at just as much fault, if they dont want others on there router in the first place, lock it down (WPA, WPA2, ect) it is similar to stealing a car but no ones going to feel sorry for the guy who left his window open and his keys in the car everyday. someones going to feel tempted after enough times walking by. i agree with leo stealing internet is wrong

  • i think she hung up lol... but hes a dick, what if it was a community wifi service??? my neighborhood has a wifi signal they broadcast for everyone to use

  • @DJAPK It's pretty clear that it WASN'T a neighborhood wifi service. In fact, it's pretty clear that she had no idea who owned it or why it disappeared. That's obvious opportunism on her part, and she even called HERSELF a "net thief" early on in the conversation and was pretty defiant about that, like it was something to be proud of. Most free wifi services -- and they exist and are increasing -- label themselves pretty distinctively so people know who to thank, anyway.

  • I'd love to club Leo's head with a shovel for recommending this nightmare service. They go down weeks at a time with auto messages about how they're "down for maintenance" when you call in. Then you get to spend hours speaking to some SAVAGE from some awful country no one can pronounce just so you can repeat the story again. Fuck honesty. I'm going back to ripping off wifi, Oil companies can do what they want. I can steal internet.

  • leo laporte is so damn cool. i really miss Screen Savers / Call For Help.

  • Leo was like okay okay stop cause you must be stupid

  • I cracked a neighbor's lame WEP security and sent death threats to several senators and the President of the USA. He was arrested and thrown in jail for several months before they deemed him "not a threat".

He pleaded out to some charge to avoid possibly staying in jail for 5 years.

He was a dickhead and deserved it!

  • @williejenkins666 oh wow, you are awesome ;D haha!

  • @williejenkins666 You sir are full of shit!

  • @Manduck2k3 Get your laptop and drive around and you can do it as easily as I did.

I did leave out some facts in my comment. My target (neighbor) was already a paranoid-type of guy who phoned in rants to local police, federal government offices, etc. before which has gotten the attention of the FBI... I'm thinking this hurt him in trying to explain away the latest "threats" he made online. :)

He can't make threats anymore or he'll violate his parole. I did everyone a favor!

  • @williejenkins666 Nope you can't lie on the internets its imposable.. and if it were true (which I will never believe) you would be the biggest douche ever.. My bet is you got the shit beat out of you allot in school and now you have to make up for all that by doing stupid shit like this? Either way you are a pathetic loser who needs to reevaluate his life... as it clearly is lacking much!

  • @Manduck2k3 I watched your lame video with the Indian guy. It is hilarious that you are calling other people losers when clearly you are. It must be a clear case of projection.

    Go suck a cock.

  • @williejenkins666 Ahh so you need to resort to crude insults do you.. that is a shame.. I thought we could be mature adults.

  • @Manduck2k3 Look, cocksucker. You want to open your fat mouth talking shit about stuff you know nothing about. I don't give a flying fuck.

But if you don't believe me, tell me your address and secure your connection with WEP. We'll see what happens.

    Jackass.

  • @williejenkins666 Sure and I'll have the cops waiting to arrest you for hacking.. wow your smart! LOL....

  • @Manduck2k3 Hey, dopey, give me your info and we'll see if the cops will be waiting for me. You're the one full of shit.

And before trying to insult someone for being stupid.... learn the fucking difference between YOUR and YOU'RE!!!!!

  • @williejenkins666 YOUR not worth proper spelling!! Also the cops would arrest you as hacking is illegal and considering I have a home business they could slam you with allot of charges.. :-) But you must be an idiot to think someone would post their address on a thing like this.. common sense.. get some!

  • @Manduck2k3 Look, prick. The cops aren't going to wait around for me to show up outside your home.

After I do show up, all that will happen is your network would be cracked, threats made, cops show up at your house, you get arrested. Oh shit! They found your computer in the garage with kiddie porn. Now you're going to jail for a long, long time while crying about someone else causing you problems.

Have fun getting ass raped, dipshit.

  • @williejenkins666 Hahahahaha you get within a half mile of my house and ill know ur there.. and you gotta get closer then that to get in range of my wifi.. silly little man go back to your truck driving redneck ways.

  • @Manduck2k3 You are full of shit, that's for sure.

If you have security in your place that goes out 1/2 mile, you must be a paranoid sack of shit.

I bet I could get to your porch and back without you even realizing it until I've done it. Fucking moron.

  • @williejenkins666 I live on 50 aches of land passed down to me from my father, from his father, etc.. Motion sensor lights and a few security camera aren't that hard to set up.. especially with nice flat land and hardly any trees... My brother in law works for the local sheriffs department, I have already showed him all your shit talk.. he said and I quote "If this guy ever shows up, I'll throw him in jail for the crimes he has already admitted to" so good luck to you sir..

  • @williejenkins666 also I use WPA2 and 4 dummy wifi networks.. good luck!

  • @Manduck2k3 And you fucking didn't read my comment. I cracked a WEP connection, not WPA2 fucktard. WEP is hardly secure.

    Fucking jackass.

Hell, I bet I can get into your house after you leave for Wal-Mart with your fat fucking wife and ugly kids and do whatever I need to do.

Do you have an alarm? Doubt it. Do you have video cameras? I've beat them before, so NBD.

    You don't know shit, son.

  • @williejenkins666 Hahahahahaha what a loser you are!!! After you see one sign that says trespassers will be shot on site you might feel like running the other way with your tail between your legs.. And honestly if you are going to keep this shit talk up please talk to me directly and not on here!

  • @Manduck2k3 And you clearly can't see a non-existent sign called "it is easy to shoot someone in the back the next time they go shopping".

You are stupid. If someone is out to get someone, it isn't hard for that to happen.

  • @williejenkins666 "in the back" coward... come find me then!

  • @Manduck2k3 Hey dipshit... it means that anyone can pop a round into your back and you wouldn't even see it coming. Too bad there isn't a Hell to find yourself burning in after you pass on.

  • @williejenkins666 you have anger issues.. I checked out your user name and you need to chill or something man.. go play with your dog or something.. hell go cook something or whatever you do to relax!

  • What a dumb bitch.

  • She is SOOO stupid!!!!!!!!! My linksys is very very secure :)

  • @neek951 nobody fucking cares, shut up you dipshit -_-

  • Lady...

"You are SO DUMB. For real."

  • hmm, since when is linksys labeled as free game?

  • But it said Linksys! I need internetz!

  • not uncommon... not legal !

  • Robbing bitch...get internet access, you tight sod!

  • She should've called the neighbors and tell them the wi-fi access has disappeared. ^_^

  • The internet should be free.. but it isn't, oh well.

  • @frosted1030 there's no such thing as free. Are you going to supply the hardware for this to happen? no but someone else should?

  • @JerryTheHeretic Once the hardware is in place, and paid for, why should anyone keep paying for it?

  • @frosted1030 IDK. You're right though. These things once put in place never require an IT department or maintenance or anything. And even if it does, well hell I'm sure you will be willing to work for free keeping it all up huh? or what about the huge server rooms that require 24/7 365 cooling. The ac never breaks down for server rooms causing the computers to get hot. They are indestructable!

  • @JerryTheHeretic Upkeep would cost users about $4.00 a quarter, I am an I.T. pro.

  • @frosted1030 so is it free or does it cost 4 dollars?

  • @JerryTheHeretic A large business can easily absorb the cost and provide the service for nothing after the install, they are just greedy.
