@nb113007 This song is about Slow Love...slow love is supposed to be smooth, gentle, and sensual...putting your heart and soul and emotions into love making...Beyonce's forceful and agressive tone on her notes doesn't fit this style of midtempo song at ALL, and I disagree about her sounding prettier. Brandy's tone on this is much more gentle, soothing, and I can feel her emotions in how she delivers her notes...It just sounds more believeable coming from Brandy, it fits more, but that's just me.

I don't get people saying Brandy has more emotion in her voice. I do love Brandy's voice but I hate that it has that enhanced sound on it. I would rather hear them separate, their styles don't mix well, or rather the combination of runs and harmonies don't fit; but I think that can be more attributed to the fact that one of these versions is a demo and the other not. I don't think this was meant to be mixed; it's sloppy and they could have just had completely tighter vocals.
