@Commanderbly606 Hi i`m not sure I understand your question but i`ll try to anwser it.Yes it is,the reason he put the the 6 on top of the 28 was because he was doing 8 x 28 so first he did 8x8 = 64 and you always put down the number on the right and carry the number on the left,(of the anwser) so the 4 is on the right of 64 and the 6 is on the left.so you put the four down and carry the 6.I hope that helps.

I don't like your method of guessing how many times the devisor goes into the divedend, but this helped me XD I just do a list of the devisor multiplied and use it for reference for the rest of the problem.
