@danrhw win rar is simply a extraction program that is very good most computers these days hav it beacuse alot of files on the internet are win-rar arcives wich are like zip folders they compress (make the file smaller) so you can dwonload it easyer and faster without burning up any where near as much as internet as if say you were just download a normal folder so that is what win rar is fo

When I clicked on MS Office 2003, it said extracting, then went by percentages (10% done, 20%, etc.) and then it had a little thing that said installing and then it just did nothing )= and did everything right, too
