If you change your fingering in the left hand, you can play that little upward progression easier and quicker, the tempo seemed to slow down once you got to the second part after the intro. Roll your wrist as you make the transition =)

I agree, i got the sheet for this today and while its not the hardest its def not easy. Those LH lines are tricky indeed. once u get through the first 24 measures though you will be fine.

Thank you! Practice varies day by day. I normally try to at least practice 45min-1hr everyday. However, sometimes I go a bit overboard and practice for 2-3 hours in one sitting!
