The corvette is produced for taking corners considering it's lateral G and the N/A engine.
That civic seems to be purely for drag. Any FWD with that kind of acceleration will torque steer too much to be taking corners.

uhh, you dont need 20,000 to make a civic go fast. with 6 thou or less you can swap and turbo and make roughly 250 whp which is enough to run low 13's

Except when you know that Civic has been modded like all hell, is probably running on racing fuel and they probably spent more money modding it than that stock Vette cost, dont even say anything about power to weight ratios because there is only a couple hundred pound difference in a Vette and Civic. Know your shit before you talk shit.
