Love, love this video. May i ask what your settings where on most of the shots? Shutter speed, f/stop and ISO. I have some gym shots coming up and would love to try something different :) Thanks again for such a great video!!

ISO the lowest possible
shutter speed 1/125 and longer if you want brighter background
f stop according to DOF and flash power need
