  • As soon as the black kid touched the bike. xDDD

  • I've never seen or heard of a woman stealing something by herself. I mean like that almost never happens. Of course you shouldn't help them steal, but I see nothing wrong w/ assuming she's not a thief based on her gender, when there are probably around 500x more male bike thiefs than female ones.

  • @dmcarefuldriver They didn't assume based on gender... but "beauty." Most of us have notions of what a "real thief" looks like aside from merely being someone who steals. How many bankers steal everyday and are praised for being ruthless? Have you ever seen the show SNAPPED where women (many mid & upper class) kill guys to get their money? Just because the way someone looks contradicts the profile of a "real thief", doesn't mean they steal one bit less.

  • FUCIN BLUE EYED DEVILS lol fuckk white people

  • the hot chick get a pass! the white dude gets a pass! but the only the nigga is a thief! LMAO

  • 6:55 "need a hand?" hahaha

  • men are such morons. lol.

  • technically it's not but it's going be mine.

  • In my country - Ukraine - we call it SOVOK in the brains. SOVOK is a SOViet person to the essence of their bones, and OK is added to form a word SHOVEL (a little spade to scoop out cow shit).

I ddn't think that among the free nation there will be such phenomena like this sovok, I thought this state of spirit belongs only to the x-USSR residents... :(

  • 8:37 HAHAHAHA "LOOK OUT BELOOOOOW" cute kid.

  • I don't associate white people by being "good" this guy must be on crack. White people have been exposed many years ago, lynching, rape, slavery. Race does'nt matter evil is evil. "White" doesnt mean good false propaganda.

  • @BixxyBoy stfu idiot, are you kidding your abviously racsist. get back to washing your kkk suite you prick

  • @donutsarethebest How fkin stupid do you sound, Im black dick? I made that comment a month ago so that means you read through all the comment to get to mine, you have no life, so get one.

  • When is the world going to listen to the Nation of Islam? The only reason the media and the government doesn't want us to listen to them is because they don't want us to wake the hell up to the truth. THE WHITE MAN IS SATAN! There may be SOME good white people but AS A WHOLE they are Satan! If this video isn't enough evidence for you. Travel the Earth and ask the Navajo, Cherokee, Incas, Aztecs, Maoris, Arawaks, Hawaiians, Tainos, Eskimos, Australian Aborigine, Sioux, Palestinians, and Africans!

  • I understand the Hot girl part .

  • The segment with the girl posing as a thief was amusing, other than that this experiment fails big time. Why should people regarded these three different people in a similar way? The black guy is much more likely to actually be a thief than the other two. Get the demographics on crime. If you don't get this you're probably from a different planet or were born yesterday. Though, if you happen to be black, you may have a profound denial of this reality, which is all too common.

  • @archraskal

    1. All three admitted it wasn't their bike; being "more likely" means nothing at that point.

    2. All statistics need context. When people assume other ethnicities are the "more likely" criminals, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. For example, most DNA overturned convictions are minority males; coincidence?

    3. Are the white CEO's, bankers and politicians stealing everyday included in your statistics? Rich or poor, a thief is a thief!

    Welcome to critical thinking!

  • @pragmatic0318

    1. Most likely does matter. A white women is much less likely to be a bike theif than a white man, and is much, much less likely to do thisthan a black man. The white woman suggesting she might be stealing the bike wasn't regarded as being serious. If anything. the park users show they have a firm grip on reality as it is in our society. Their different reactions show this.

    2. Context: modern american society. There's no assumption, there's data(statistics).

  • @archraskal have you ever thought that the "data" you're clinging onto is somewhat skewed for the reasons given in these experiments. I read an article, that said that whites, blacks and hispanics all get arrested at the same RATE during traffic stops. Around 1% of the time a stop is made the person will be drunk, have drugs or weapons. HOWEVER. Blacks and hispanics get stopped 9 times more often. So...if everyone is guilty at the same rate...why stop one group more than another?

  • @7Eightyone You're challenge to my argument fails completely. The data is derived from physical evidence, examination of that evidence. victims and witnesses. The last two are evaluated which might include cross examination in court. Yes, data can be skewed, but in this particular case, it's backed up by mutiple studies of crime and race that show similar outcomes..You suggest that gathered data can't be trusted yet you use it to back up your contention?

  • @archraskal lol...you don't get it. This video or what I'm saying...and have you looked at the "what would you do" with the black/white vandals? Fact is...criminals are treated differently according to race. Do you deny this? No one is saying that black people don't commit crimes...but the fact that a white drug user is likely to get offered rehab, while a black user gets time or the disparity in crack vs. cocaine laws is a BIG reason why so many more black men are in jail than whites.

  • @7Eightyone Well, no, I get it all too well, which is your problem here. I wouldn't put too much into any conclusions derived from "What Would You Do" experiments. As I've stated in my previous posts they are highly unscientific. There is also quite a bit of editing that goes on that needs to be taken into consideration. As shown in any statistics on crime that include demographics on offenders, out of any racial group, blacks are highly over represented than their numbers in the population.

  • @7Eightyone REPLY CONTINUED... Given the propensity to commit crime among blacks, the differences in sentencing, taking your example between black vs. white, are accounted for by the fact that blacks have more prior offenses than whites which accounts for the disparity between crack vs. cocaine users. And, even if both blacks and whites had identical histories in this regard,, it wouldn't change to a great degree the differences in crime rates among the racial groups.

  • @pragmatic0318 CONTINUED 2. DNA overturning convictions: They prosecuted the wrong minority males and need to bring to justice the right minority males. No coincidence at all there.

3.White collar criminals get prosecuted all the time. Madoff, Blagoyavitch, etc. And when it does happen, there's no immediate and direct harm as with violent crime. You're attempt to equate them fails on that important point..

By the way, you don't stand at the doorway of critical thinking, but DENIAL!.

  • @archraskal The experiment wasn't whether you believe someone is a thief, it was, how do you react once you find out that they are actually a thief. We did see the older man helping the black kid once he said he had lost his key. When they said it wasn't their bike, only one couple confronted the white guy, just about anyone nearby confronted the black guy, and everyone in a mile radius rushed to help the girl. Don't bash on the experiment with stuff not related to it

  • @Croccifixo The experiment was a huge joke that attempted to prove that people weren't reacting in a similar way to the supposed thieve, and therefore, that there was something wrong with this happening. It did certainly use demographics in regard to how these people perceived who they thought most likely was a thief. The actors were approached, and even said, at times, that the bikes weren't their property. The reactions to this rather luughable set up didn't prove what Quinones was attenpting

  • @archraskal CONTINUES for @Croccifixo...to show possibly racist attitudes. The whole set--up had more in common with a comedy sketch than social science:research. The elements border on the absurd: Someone in a public park in broad daylight suggesting when asked that they're stealing a bike. Give me a break. I'm sure bike thieves have the commone sense to lie about what they're actually doing. I suspect that given this, most people just walked by. This experiment can be easily dismissed.

  • @archraskal

Holy crap. STOP trying to pretend what you saw WASN'T fucking racist! EACH ONE admitted it was stolen and NOT theirs but NOBODY stopped the white person and EVERYONE yelled and tried to call the cops on the black person. BECAUSE HE WAS FUCKING BLACK. Get over it, white people are racist and because their are more of them in this country, black people are thrown in jail more often because of the white mans racism!

  • @archraskal

Black people don't commit MORE crimes. I dont' even think they get CAUGHT more. They just get CALLED IN more because of their skin. If people see white boys in gangster clothes smashing up a persons car, MORE people will yell if it were black guys dressed as gangsters. It's TRUTH because white people are racist and being in denial of this doesn't change that.

  • @ArcticSnoww If you're going to challenge what I said in my post, then at least try to back it up with somethng besides what you feel based on nothing but emotion. You didn't present a counter argument to what I wrote, but rather a temper tantrum woithy of an irritated child.

With what you said in your reply to me, anyone of average intelligence coming across it would react with nothing but contempt for you.

  • @archraskal

I didn't challenge it. I stated a FACT. The fact of the matter is, between a black boy and a white boy stealing a bike, both stating that it's not theirs, and hardly anyone ratted out the white one, while EVERYONE gathered around and yelled at the black boy, being rude and just itching to call the cops, taking pictures and everything. We didn't see that with the white boy, so how are you going to sit there and say it isn't racist?

  • @archraskal

It's not based on emotions. It's based on fact. I even saw the one with the white girl stealing the bike. Even THEN, some people HELPED her take it. I guarantee that wouldn't have happened with the black person because the fact of the matter is (deny it all you want) racism STILL EXISTS. People are more afraid of black people for some reason and they are more quick to think they are the bad guys. It's just wrong and yes, how can you even think that I WOULDN'T be angry?

  • 04:48 Larry David!

  • 400 years of oppression.

  • i don't understand the rational.. even if race affects a perception, if a white (or any other color) guy is stealing a bike, why does it not have the same effect ? (I can understand if it is hot girl, because then our blood rushes downwards to our second "brain". )

  • Experiments with Asian, African Americans, White's..... What about Native Americans?! -.- Im Native!!! Damn proud to be one to! Thumbs up if you are Native American or at least like us!

  • So what happens when an Asian trys to steal it

  • black people deserve to be in jail for stealing!

  • Oh freaking A holes. White people get away with everything -.-

    Kind of pisses me off

  • To make this real they would have made the people stealing the bike lie, instead of basicaly telling the people its not their bike.

'm sure a theif dosnt tell people he's stealing.

  • Why wouldn't they just pull the No Parking sign out of the ground? Amateurs.

  • his name is fucking madlock.....omfg ahhahaha fuck all u niggers.

  • Im

Not saying thta there not racist but the people that past the white bitch arent the same that passed

    The black one

  • shocking

  • Lmao justice is color blind lol, that's a good one

  • I would of u-locked the shit out of the white dude and the black dude on site.

  • Note the black guy has a red colour shirt that helps him stand out more, not saying there isn't a racial element here but this is not a fair experiment

Also the white guy had better fitting clothes, the black guy had the baggy stereotype clothes

  • This is by no means a proper experiment.

In a real experiment you change only 1 variable to check the result, and it should be the color of the skin here. Not color of the skin + outfit. They should wear identical clothes.

  • @sildowww They are wearing identical outfits.

  • @BIuetiful The outfits may be similar but the way they're wearing them is not even close. The second guy looks like a thug but not because he's black. They dressed him to look like what popular culture/media has taught us to think a thug looks like. If the white guy had been wearing his clothes the same way he would've been treated no differently. Plus they are both speaking and handling themselves differently when confronted.

  • @BIuetiful Identical as in blue shirt vs red shirt and regular jeans vs baggy jeans. Right.

  • @sildowww Blue shirt vs Red shirt? The color doesn't matter, they both had "thug" outfits, period. Give the white guy's outfit to the black guy = same scenario. Common sense.

  • @sildowww Not to mention, that they are both attempting to STEAL a bike. The white guy even ADMITS to it, the same way the black guy did! LOL. You people FAIL to view the point. A white guy admits to stealing a bike and people LET HIM, a black guy admits to doing the same and people IMMEDIATELY call the cops! PSH, identical outfits or not, the point is proven!!

  • @BIuetiful Following the rules which proper experiments are made you can't make a conclusion white skin = ignore, black skin = call the cops. It could just as well be blue shirt = ignore, red shirt = call the cops. Make another one with identical clothes and behavior, place and time and I'll be convinced. Otherwise I'm calling this manipulated.

  • @sildowww Why can't I make that conclusion if it was clear as day? Did the people call the cops on the black guy immediately or not? They were both behaving the same way, the white guy even told what he was doing, it's common sense. I don't know where you're trying to get with this "technicality" about "experimenting" , but the answer was given clear as day. You can call it whatever you please, others with common sense already saw happened.

  • @sildowww No one bothered calling the cops on the first man when he blatantly said he was stealing a bike, no one bothered to call the cops on the woman either, but the black man immediately had people in front of him willing and able to call the cops extremely quickly. I am sure it has nothing to do with something so stupid as shirt color.

  • @BIuetiful You don't know what a proper experiment is. Educate yourself how real experiments work and why you can't change more things to test correlation. Or just stay a soccer mom. Done trying to explain this to you.

  • @sildowww Real experiments? Experiments aren't factual, that's why they're called experiments. The point of this "experiment" here was to see the outcome of what would happen. Their clothing had little to do with the issues that were presented. They both had the same bike, the same nonchalant attitude towards stealing and they were both dressed similar. The color of their shirt has little to do in this experiment, that's not even the main focus here. You're focusing on a tiny part of it

  • @sildowww that has little to do with the outcome or point in general. You need to explain anything, you're obviously not on the same level when it comes to common sense, seems like you have none. It's pathetic how you choose to focus on a tiny spec like the color of their shirt..why not focus on their attitudes, which were very similar? Their tools? Both had similar close to the exact look..did we even watch the same video?

  • @sildowww

I know how proper experimentation works, but do you understand how human psychology works?

If we repeat the test with the same white guy both times wearing the same clothes and merely applied make-up/cosmetic alterations during the second part of the test phase to make him appear black, the results would be the same.

It's called racial profiling. People do it all the time and this was a clear example. It has nothing to do with minor nuances like wind speed or clothing color.

  • @sildowww 0:042 ... "You wouldn't know whose bike is this?" .. give me a break!

  • This proved that white people do more and get away with more crimes then black people

  • @Jrboysun yep , that is just wrong

  • Yeah...let's turn the tables.

Why don't they show a black man seeing another black trying to steal that bike and see what he would do! These videos are a joke..and ALWAYS onesided!!

  • @caspersman59 What difference does it make? they've done an experiment where white kids spray painted a car in broad daylight and got almost no response! They do the same with black kids and people are all over them. Someone even called the police when one of the black actors was in a car sleeping. the person claimed he was "planning a robbery."

  • @wildstyle2192

And I also seen where Black people go into a bar and white people harass them...that's the "Set-up"

Why don't they show white people go into a bar where black people harass them? Why don't they show that kind of a "Set-up"?

They NEVER turn the tables like that...they always make it look like the the white people are the racists.

Stop watching so much CNN & MSNBC where they favor Blacks so much. Trust me..THAT MAKES ALOT OF DIFFERENCE when you are only "One-sided"

  • @caspersman59 It's not "set up." It's reality. White people commit a crime in broad daylight and they're literally assisted by onlookers. Black people just sleep in a car and the police are called.

  • @wildstyle2192

I see you do NOT live in America just goes to show that you are dumb...Move here see the truth for yourself. Stop watching these silly bias videos..because I can see it's only telling you one side of the truth.

Just goes to show how ignorant you are about this subject.

  • @caspersman59 Actually I do live in America. These aren't biased videos. It happens all the time. You just called it "the truth" so don't deny truth. You can call people ignorant only because you can't face the facts.

  • @wildstyle2192

Well if you do live here..you only want to believe want you want to believe.

I have seen too many people of color...always trying to cash in either because they are black or Hispanic.

These are the real facts...Facts you are turing a blind eye too. Many black people who live in America are cry babies and when they don't get their way..they scream racism...if you don't know by now, then you are beyond help.....

  • @caspersman59 "You only want to believe what you want to believe." From your own mouth...Yeah, that seems reasonable. I'm not turning a blind eye to anything, especially someone spray painting a car in broad daylight, regardless of their color. But there is different treatment of people, even in that situation, and that's a "real fact." I never turned a blind eye to that. I confronted it, unlike you.

  • @wildstyle2192

Again....they only want to show you video tapes of white people doing this to black people..BUT NEVER want to show black people doing something like this to white people. I find that so IRONIC!!!

Please don't tell me that it doesn't happen...I just told you about what they did to that police officer. And I don't care if you believe it or not...because it's true I watch plenty of his dash cam videos..when it pulls over Blacks and yes even Hispanics

  • @caspersman59 No need to make several comments saying the same damn thing. Yeah, if the show does their hidden camera experiment it's a "set up" yet now you're talking about your so called cop friend. The only one crying injustice here is you.

  • @wildstyle2192

Bullshit...if you want to believe these videos...then you better beieve what I'm telling you about the videos I'm telling you about...It's a two way street Buddy..got that? Stop trying to dump it all one the White man.

  • @caspersman59 Actually, that's not the same. I haven't seen any of his videos. They aren't here. Boo hoo. Don't call me "buddy" and give me orders like I'm some ten year old child. I didn't say anything about the white man. You're the one making generalized statements about blacks and hispanics.

  • @wildstyle2192

No you came on here first and attacked me. It was all about these videos and how blacks are getting treated unfairly...when I'm trying to tell you that this happens to whites also. Now what is it that you do not understand??

  • @wildstyle2192

Continued...My friend is a cop. I have seen many of times..on dash cam video tape where Black people try to lie about things that he did not do or say to them when he pulled them over you know it's all about so-called racism and the reason he pulled then over is beacuse they were black (LOL! So-funny).... then they get caught lying when they all go to court I actually laugh when I see these tapes.....like you said you can't deny the truth...Again you are clueless..it shows.

  • @caspersman59 Blah blah blah. How many times has your friend responded to calls to the police about someone sleeping in car and planning a robbery. Yet, I'm the clueless one. Here you go again with generalizations like you know everything about me.

  • @wildstyle2192

I don't care to know anything about you. It just seems like you don't what me telling you about that Cop that I know..All I'm telling you is that they try to lie to him because of the color of their skin..but unfortuanlly the video does not lie....perhaps if you watch all of his tapes when involving pulling over black people you would then change your tune..and realize how stupid you are sounding.

  • @caspersman59 I realize you "don't care to know anything about me." That's obvious, but you have not problem calling me stupid. Your statements are full of grammatical errors, which make you sound unintelligent, but that is besides the point, if there is one here. His tapes aren't here, but these ones are. I'm judging by what I see here, not my friend, and not stereotypes about "many black people."

  • @wildstyle2192

Perhaps if you were about to type 165 WPM then yes their would be errors..especailly with you because I'm not going to waste my time to go back and proof read it all...Yes you are stupid to believe that only one race is doing it to another and that the other race would not do such a thing to another.

His tapes aren't here...so just say that it probably happens to white people also. Go ahead say it. Stop being all one sided.

  • @caspersman59 I never said it didn't happen to white people. I never "attacked you" either. I simply responded to your comment. You weren't obligated to respond, and I never demanded that you say certain statements. I'm not going to put words in your mouth. I'm having a hard enough time trying to understand what you're saying as is.

  • @wildstyle2192

Well if you don't understand what I'm saying..then keep watching these videos..and believe everything that you see and hear....but...always keep in mind and ask yourself this question..why do they only show this happening to blacks..and no other race.

  • white people are racist. The bible describe who the seed of ESAU IS>

  • you wanna steal a lot of things without go to jail?

    dont be black!

    or have a nice tits!

  • i smell divorce 10:50

  • this is really fuckiing disturbing.

  • shame

  • i have that vary same bike the vary same one

  • It is SO HARD to work thru people's first impressions and stereotypes. I think we all do it in some way or another, but it's more extreme depending on the person and the circumstances. Very interesting, thanks for the good view!

  • before I knew they were going to change actors, I had already said what would happen if he was black or a white woman. thanks for posting this...

  • Smh. Even though I could have guessed this without the visual, it's still really disappointing to see. BTW, I didn't know this show still came on.
