  • As long as you are eating less calories then you burn, you will lose weight. I think the 80% thing is way to general. I mean, it can be 100% cardio that does it for you without changing your diet. You will just have to do a hell of a lot more cardio than normal. For me, it's about 50/50.

  • High? There's a few University studies that say different things about the importance of diet and nutrition for fitness and health, BUT for most of my clients they get the exercise and it's their nutrition that sucks :) ... so 80% results are based on that now :)

  • I agree with the 80%. Over the last 9 weeks, I lost 25 pounds. That was with a very healthy diet and workouts at the gym. (max 25 pound weights because of my back)
