@AlloftheElements u need to previously played a battlefield game. then u get a code to unlock the m1 grand. m1 grand is ok.. i personally dont like it

@AlloftheElements, you need to become a Battlefield Veteran, which means you need to have two Battlefield games, and then play an online match on the game. I suggest getting Battlefield Bad Company 1 and playing that. You don't get a code, just restart BFBC2 and there you go.

so let me get this straight, shotguns can be used as a secondary weapon now right? because they are in the all kits section. in the first game they were primary weapons which i thought totally sucked for maps like harvest day

@FudgeButters the limited edition unlocks some guns n stuff earlier. itz not worth the extra cash, u can get the guns by the normal version. =-D

Engineer should have shotguns.. and bonus weapons should be those with a silencer

All classes can use shotguns, you just have to unlock them, which happens pretty early.

I had that problem, What i did is sign up to Battlefield Heroes and it counted that so now i have it and i've got to say that i'm loving it

so sad there are huge point limitations (1000 000 points or higher)

and M1 is available for PC (I ask because at BattlefieldVeterans there is no BC2 PC option) or it's only for beta purpose.

the 1000K point thing is only for the beta, they'll remove that once the retail game is released, they just didn't want people unlocking those weapons just yet, so the made the XP progress huge.

yea im not to sure about the whole veteran thing. I own almost every battlefield game released, so hopefully i can get my hands on the M1!

@Morihaus1 The m1 Garand? It'll be available in the full game. You just have to go back to the website and register and become a veteran and you should get it. I've already done it, so I'll get it as soon as I get the full game.

Its it new "M4" variation produced by HK, Google "HK416" to learn more. Its basically an M4 on steroids.

And theres no ACR because it in MW:2, and MW:2 BLOWS!

all the basic stuff. nade launchers, red dots, acog. For the snipers there's a 4x score, 12x score and a scope that puts the enemy's location on the teams radar when you look at them via the scope.

but it really feels like, limited. maybe its because the weapons doesnt have a certain uniqueness

@onetwofun eh... if you don't call the difference between the pkm and mg3 a uniqueness i don't know what you call "unique". or the difference between the ump and the pp2000.
