@xiXHARDDRUMERXix Before you put it up, please keep in mind that your not showing off anything playing at 200bpm. Try 280bpm or keep 230 - 250bpm going for 30 secs or a min.

if I had a camera i'd show you too but what it is is working on lining up hands with feet for the kind of blast your going for. there's the RLRLRLRL...etc. blast that use that hand and foot pattern in 16th, 32nd notes, etc. And there's also the double stop blast beat where both R&L hit together and bass hits with the blast and has another note carry over in that 16th, 32nd, in between. It is much easier to show I know but I hope this helped you at all to understand it more. Use a Metronome2!

Practice. That's really all there is to it. Use your wrist and eventually you'll develop finger movement which is the apex of it. Don't force it.

it takes a huge amount of practice but just really work on staying at speed while hitting hard, using more wrist is going to give you a louder pop but over time you can get the super fast blasts controlled by your fingers to sound loud.... orrr
