Jump up onto the ledge right in front of it. THen Hop onto the pump. Then got from the pump to the window-ledge. Then VERY carefully turn around and jump to the side of the roof. Then you should just be able to walk right up. Takes a few tries, though... Least it did for me. =) Happy glitching!

Actually, if I remember correctly, Black Sabbath did the original version and then the guitarist died in the plane crash. Then Ozzy re-did the song when he went on his solo career. Which is where I got the Black Sabbath part from. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure that is what happened.
actually ozzy left Black Sabbath then ahis solo career almost ended when his new guitarist died ina plane crash and he wrote Crazy Train with a new guitarist in memory of him.... its on the back of the album Blizzard of OZ
