I think it's Ida Saki Nigel is referring to about not being able to work through Vegas. He was not happy then but I hope he was in a better mood after hearing of Ida's success elsewhere.

Melanie has the same effect - an astounding level of dance that brings tears to your eyes with the amount of emotion she generates. A rare and beautiful gift and I wish her well on her journey, I'll be watching closely!
