I have no clue as why everyone is made at Holden. Lilly ied to him, kept her moth shut about potential danger to Luke all in an effort to help Dusty. Which is fine, but as she said she is the one who carried Luke in the stomach, and felt his first kick, so I think that should have come before her frienship to Dusty. Holden has every right to be angry. His son may never walk again and everytime he turns around Lilly is defending Dusty. I'd be pissed too.
