actually its a cheat cd, you have to insert the codebreaker cd into your ps2, select the cheats you want and then insert your kingdom hearts cd and you got it but its pretty lame ass

it is a different mushroom. I forget what it is called exactly, but there are 13 of them. 12 require you to go through a challenge to defeat them. the last gives you a keyblade another proof. i forgot which proof and keyblade also.

I know for sure it has to be FM+, since the features and rooms are only programmed and in the game then. As for the cheats, I guess you could try to translate it into any cheat disc... but it'd probably have to be something that could support a disc swap as well, unless you have a Japanese ps2.
