I've been watching a few how-to videos just to compare what I've been doing and how it's 'supposed' to be done. Shot's expire in 30 seconds? Pounds of pressure? Wow I'm so glad that I don't work at a 'professional' java bar and that the owner of the donut shop I work at put in the java bar at a whim so there's no fancy training to go through. Ironically I'm probably the one who cares the most how the drinks come out.
