You videos are very informative and i believe you are an expert in your feild of expertise...however watching your videos is like an Indiana Jones adventure looking for all of the videos in order....please hire a producer to link ALL of your videos in order or make all of the videos combined into one long video per topic and not a minute here a minute there....its rather annoying. Can someone for the love of God put all those clips together. they are not numbered so searching could take forever and still they maybe some clips missing. I have no idea why expert village does things this way. I find the clips helpful and would have been more grateful if they made one video instead of bits and pieces here and there.

Saw expertvillage vid @ removing shower faucet cartridge & stems. No problem removing the handle & trim. Unscrewed the 15/16" outer cartridge...cannot remove the stem. It is possible these are way older than 30 years, parts are brass stem appears to be cromed. Any suggestions?

Great video! If both hot and cold water need more than one part to be replaced you might find that it is better to replace the whole mixer valve assembly with a new one.

my trim piece won't loosen. what can I do to loosen it? I've tried wrenches, and that won't work. Does anyone know? thank you.

You could try a torch on it to heat it up and then loosen it.

hey Chad if you have caulk then take a utlity knife and cut around it to loosen the caulk. If thats not the problem then i dont know what to tell ya
