Yes I can Afford an i7-950, but the benchmarks from benchmarking sites shows that i7-950 have a slight advantage at my 1090t (1500 pts) w/c i can easily reach with my 1090t. GTX 570 is almost equal to 6970 w/c is dissapointing for amd, i thought that they will beat the gtx 5xx series. my last hope with AMD is the DUAL 6870 (6990).

hey weslo! long time no chat! i have upgraded my pc specs to phenom x6 1090t, powercolor 5870 pcs+. how bout you? any changes in your pc hardware? And i have another question, do you think i should shift to i7?

@ginchellexyle if you can afford it, yes i7 is better

currently I haven't done any major upgrades, just ram etc

next week im switching from ati to nvidia and picking up a gtx570, powerful video card

will be getting my new mobo as well, with ddr3 ram

time to switch from my old ddr2

very nice with your 6 core cpu

I will also be getting a 6 core cpu with my motherboard :D

my x4 945 cpu is still running strong though!

Haven't had a single problem with this pc yet since I built it! (december 2009)

fps was always above 50 even while recording
