Eventhough the trainmaster is comfy in his or her air conditioned office and it is 100 degrees outside with the heat index over 120, they are going to put you on the start program because you took 1 extra two cent squincher pack so you can go and pound for 12 hours on an unair conditioned engine which is also painted black (which absorbes heat). And then they wonder why moral is low!
