I started playing fable yesterday and i got to the monorail thing and my friend played co-op on his game with meand he beat it already and i upgraded my pistol all the way and fable is easy with it i only use the pistol!

Why the fuck does it have to do this dramatic zoom out after you use your area of effect lightning spell. I find this very stupid, and it would be irritating in combat... Fable 3 is shit compared to Fable 1 IMO.

actually i just got done with fable 2. the pistol i got pretty adept at using with the rapid fire by tapping y faster almost like quick draw from the hip. took out more opponets with the pistol in the crucible than i did with the rifle

@bgoku3 Use the Rifle...you have melee weapons for short range that do much more damage then the pistol. The pistol is actually pretty pointless...

@Moriim13 Lmao how is taking out mana bars making it more accessible to casuals? You cast spells, your mana goes down, not a hard mechanic to understand.

Besides mana bar was never Fable 2... Not sure about the first one, wasn't even aware this game existed untill Fable 2's hype.

I'm not insulting you, im just saying it's not making the game anymore accessible to casuals then having a mana bar would be, take for instance World of Casualcraft.

@Shaeam Mana bars in WoW are a balancing mechanic, and Fable has no competitive multi-player.

Removing the mana bar makes spellcasting a much more attractive option for new players who are not accustomed to grinding out levels to increase their spellcasting output.

For example, a new player might try out magic and find that he can only cast 3-4 spells before he's totally helpless, as compared to swinging a sword or shooting a bow which have infinite use.
