The title is a very specific description of the story.
Putting "A story of" or "A story about" and then putting the title ('Cold As You') wouldn't make sense because you can't break it down anymore (you can't describe it further than the title).

You wrote it as if you were going to describe the story.
Though the title is a descriptive heading, it isn't used AS a description.
The title is already descriptive enough.
