There is special drying (MicroDry) cloth in these mitters to absorb the last drops of water after the dryers for a 100% dry and shiny car. We have invented this MicroDry with Velcro fastening for drying wraps also. Check the video's it works great.

But you manufacture for different companies if I am right anf that wheel brush looks like one for Holz Autowash GmbH
We manufacture for distributors and for direct carwash owners . Your right that this particular wheelwasher is indeed a Holz.
I've seen polishing stations in tunnels made by that company and I have always wondered what their mitter curtains are meant to do
