The stupidest con since the whoopee cushion! So weak it doesn't charge directly -- has to slow trickle charge an external battery before it can charge a phone. The pack is orientation dependent (doesn't work unless on its side or upright) and it needs air. Medis only claims 20 watt hours and a test by an independent engineer says it doesn't deliver except 3/4ths of that -- so a few AA batteries (also available to charge multiple devices) puts out more at 1/5th the price & they are rechargeble
