@1800levso no, not ALWAYS, but yea, 75% of the guys in the sport are either top level jiu jitsu practitioners or are collegiate or amateur wrestlers... so more often than not the fights do end up going to the ground at some point. If you don't enjoy that part of it, I would suggest K-1 or boxing.
