Since you seem to receive nothing but complete adoration, let me offer a bit of constructive criticism. Just because you can add a more intricate hi-hat pattern and more complex fills to a slower song such as Lithium doesn't mean you always should. In fact, the whole atmosphere of the song thrives on the spare nature of the rhythm section. If the bass player did much other than root notes, it would clutter things up. Same goes for the drums; lock it down and keep it simple.

While I agree with your comments about Lithium, I have to say, all in all it's a really boring song to play on the drums. I think it's obvious that Scott enjoys the song, wanted to cover it, but wanted his YouTube audience to be entertained than sticking to the simple original drums, so he added more complex patterns. While it doesn't exactly go with the general flow of the song, it definitely makes it more fun to watch, and that's the whole reason he covers videos to begin with, to entertain.
