Doug Jones does a great job in Pan's Labyrinth and his make-up/costumes are all amazing in every show he does. He does have a new independent film out, however, called my name is jerry where he wears NO makeup at all. The first time he has acted like that -- check it out and see what you think for yourself. i love him in it!

...personally i would have liked to see more of the "fantasy" world than the "real" world...kinda like a twisted alice in wonderland. essentially there were only 2 tasks that took place in the fantasy world & if u add up time in the film that we see the fantasy world it isnt much at all. it left me feeling like alittle empty...
