The Abyss Facility is a nice spot, but if you can't access it (2nd playthrough or higher) then try Eldrant. Although at level 60 you should be able to get through most battles without a problem.

It's just the disk slowing down. Most of the boss battles that involve three or more enemies tend to make the battle move pretty slow, like the special battle in the colosseum. Plus with all the spells and attacks flying across the field, it makes it move even slower. xD

Brilliant Overlord: Jewel of Gardios equipped w/ 50% HP or lower, use Final Cross in overlimit.

Lost Fon Drive: 15% HP or lower, press O, X and triangle in overlimit.

Fortune's Arc: Use Judgment 50 times, and then use it in overlimit.

Indignation: Thunder Blade 200 times, and then in overlimit, hold the overlimit button for about 3 seconds and he'll cast it.

For Fever Time, have at least 20,000 Gald and then hold X during Anise's Final Fury attack.

Complete the "Saving Shiba" sidequest and the "Mieu Fire 2" sidequest, and clear Ortion Cavern (East.) In Sheridan, go to the warehouse and it's self explanatory from there. You must also have finished the game at least once, and are playing on a New Game+ save.

After Chesedonia sinks, go to Aramis Spring and you'll see a dog. Eventually you'll find a man named Shiba that's trapped in tree branches, just burn them with Mieu Fire and that's it.

Are you sure about that? You can only enter this dungeon on a second playthrough or higher.

All second Mystic Artes are also unlocked when you're playing on a New Game+ save.

It is fun fighting them, but it sucks having to go through that dungeon to get to them. Especially if you die, cause you'll have to do it over again.
