I agree with you. He will always be my political hero. His honesty, dedication and contribution to politics touched my heart. I will always remember him as a man who changed Korean politics a lot for the better.
How great he is.Although I am a Korean but it really touched me ,his smile, his story, his contributions to the country,it appeared he was really a hero.Whether he corrupted or not, the truth is he really did something for his country and from bottom of his heart. Now he could finally discharge his responsibilities and rest peacefully forever.
Thank you for this. Your captions made me cry. it hurts me to think of all the things he's gone through and all the things he's done for people and despite all these, his life was forced to end this way. What's worse, he's seriously misunderstood by the very people he served because of severe media distortions.
He is indeed the leader who loved by his own people, though he is no more but the Korean people and others who admire him will always remember him, his political achievements, his high ethical value of politics and his commitment and service to his country.
RIP, Mr. Roh

p/s: can you please explain the two Korean sentences that appeared in the video? Thanks
I heard much of the corruptions may not have been his fault but was dragged in later on.
RIP from the U.S.

I am a foreigner who came to Korea when President Roh was in office.
I liked this person for things he has done for the Korean people and his wisdom in dealing with the faced problems and challenges.
Stay in Peace ...
