if the cat didn't want to be in the water it would have swam back to the girl that held it and before that would have tried holding onto her with its claws. or cried loudly, unless it was a silent type of cat. there are some cats that love water. I know from personal experience i have a kitty that likes hopping in the shower with me even when i try to keep him out.

haha we do this with my friends cat and he like to swim from one person to the other and he hates how we only let him swim for 30 secends at a time because he just wants to get back into the water everytime my friend takes a bath or a shower he goes and joins her its so cute we ran a bath waited ten minutes and went back in and he was in it swimming around!
